Antigone Panidis, RN BSN
With over 17 years as a registered nurse and a graduate of AIC, Antigone Panidis turned her lifelong passion for aesthetics and wellness into something extraordinary. Long before medical spas were the trend, she took a bold leap of faith and created Cali Med Spa—driven by a deep love for patient care, beauty, and innovation.
What began as a dream has grown into a trusted, luxury space where confidence is nurtured and results are real. Antigone is not only the founder but the soul of the spa—leading with compassion, high standards, and a genuine connection to every client who walks through the door.
For Antigone, this work is more than a job—it’s her purpose. Helping clients feel confident, empowered, and cared for brings her the greatest joy. She’s poured her heart into creating a space where clients feel supported from the inside out, and where her skilled team shares the same commitment to excellence.
Outside of Cali Med Spa, she cherishes time with her three children, Anthony, Dallas, and Calitza—the inspiration behind the spa’s name and her greatest joy. Family, both at home and within the walls of the spa, is at the core of everything she does.

Hi, I’m Nina! I’m a registered nurse with three years of experience across surgical trauma, mental health, and now—my true passion—aesthetics! I started my career at Baystate on a surgical trauma unit, but quickly realized I was meant for a path that felt more fulfilling and uplifting.
Today, I split my time between mental health nursing and doing what I love most—helping clients look and feel their absolute best at Cali Med Spa. Helping others feel confident in their own skin is incredibly rewarding, and I take pride in providing high-quality care tailored to each individual’s needs. Aesthetics is more than skin deep—it’s about empowering people to feel their best, inside and out. I’m honored to be part of each client’s journey toward confidence and self-care.

Hi, I’m Alyssa! I was born and raised in sunny Florida, but moved north to be closer to my amazing mom—a decision that also led me to find my true passion. I’ve worn many hats over the years, from working in restaurants to assisting in dentistry, but skincare has always had my heart.
There’s nothing I love more than helping others feel confident, radiant, and beautiful in their own skin. I’m constantly learning and growing in this field so I can bring the very best care to every client I meet.
I’m so excited to be part of the Cali Med Spa family, and I can’t wait to meet you and create something beautiful together!

My personal journey of self-care led me to Antigone and Cali Med Spa, and from the moment I walked through the doors, I knew this was more than just a workplace and I had found something truly special.
